Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Dubuque County, Iowa. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
