You should have: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites On a typical shift you will stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges.
