Sand plant operator wanted in Neshoba County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Neshoba County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards On the job you will handle: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities Performance bonus on top of base pay.
