Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ottawa County, Ohio. The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
