Urgent requirement: site safety steward (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Jefferson County, Mississippi. The role involves conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
