The role involves prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
