Immediate opening: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Anderson County, South Carolina. You will work in a CCTV control room. Day to day you will control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door. Ideal candidate: • Height and weight as per security norms • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
