General labourer wanted in Deschutes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a general labourer in Deschutes County, Oregon. You will be based on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
