Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Eaton County, Michigan. The job is in a chemical processing unit. On a typical shift you will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. You should have: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
