Tandoor cook wanted in Crawford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Crawford County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
