On a typical shift you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
