We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in City and Borough of Birmingham, England. Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time with occasional weekends.
