Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
