Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in City of Staunton, Virginia. The role involves: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 1+ years on the tools preferred.
