Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
