On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off.
