We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Marion County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Full-time with occasional weekends.
