Gas commissioning technician • York County, Nebraska

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in York County, Nebraska. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Day to day you will fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
