We are recruiting: shuttering fixer (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Dale County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement You should have: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
