Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
