Bakery assistant wanted in La Plata County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in La Plata County, Colorado. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
