Horizontal milling machine operator • Yell County, Arkansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Yell County, Arkansas. The job is in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Six days a week, one day off.
