Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tama County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
