Tailor machinist wanted in Throckmorton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Throckmorton County, Texas. The job is at a busy garment factory. On a typical shift you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
