Commis chef — Ido-Osi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Ido-Osi, Ekiti State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
