Maintenance painter — Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, England. You will work at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Full-time, day shift.
