Scaffolder — Perth and Kinross

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolder in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. The job is on an industrial refinery shutdown. Day-to-day duties: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Full-time with occasional weekends.
