Shuttering carpenter • White County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in White County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
