Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines You will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
