Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Urue Offong/Oruko, Akwa Ibom State. You will work on a busy residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Your main tasks: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₦3,500 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
