Bread and bun maker — Sabine Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
