UPVC window fabricator — Pitkin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Pitkin County, Colorado. The role involves: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Part-time with flexible hours.
