Immediate opening: we are hiring a furnace operator in Kusada, Katsina State. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills On a typical shift you will make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦900 per hour, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
