What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
