Captain waiter wanted in Mariposa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Mariposa County, California. Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
