Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
