Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Camp County, Texas. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
