Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Brunswick County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Meals and transport allowance provided.
