Join our team: we are hiring a body shop technician in Grant County, Arkansas. You will be based in a collision repair centre. On the job you will handle: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
