Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Lincoln Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a busy housing site. Your main tasks: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Part-time with flexible hours.
