Room service attendant — Archuleta County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a room service attendant in Archuleta County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time, day shift.
