You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane Day-to-day duties: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Part-time with flexible hours.
