GTAW welder wanted in Shannon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Shannon County, Missouri. You will be based at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols You will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
