Automotive paint technician • Warren County, New Jersey

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Warren County, New Jersey. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
