Halal butcher • Boone County, Arkansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Boone County, Arkansas. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required We offer $250 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
