Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glass cutter in Kern County, California. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders Your main tasks: • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames Overtime paid at a premium rate.
