We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Butler County, Pennsylvania. The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
