Immediate opening: kitchenhand (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Poinsett County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
