Plant operator • Jefferson County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster 5+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
