Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel beater in Midland County, Michigan. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Rotating shifts. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
